They spent all the next day at the beach, even getting their early enough to have breakfast!

167/365 ~ Out for a Walk

The kids got to visit Pismo Beach this year courtesy of a set of grandparents. They went sans parents, so this pic was sent via cell phone for our viewing pleasure. Apparently this awesome cut out adorns the beach so when you can't get wet cuz' it's too late, take a fun picture instead!

One of his best friends since preschool was in a performance of Don Quixote and we got to watch him. Pictures were not allowed during the show, so I had to settle for this quick pic afterwards. 

Kid Fest 2014 ~ 144/365

A little bit of friend time this Memorial Day Weekend spent at our city's annual Kidfest. I wondering how many more years they will want to attend this yearly event until they feel too big to do it anymore.

The kids had a blast in the sports section and fell in love with puppies of all kinds in the vendors section (adoptable puppies from the county). Two of the kids even won Hermit crabs! Not mine thankfully, we have enough pets right now.

It was a hot day, it was a fun day it was an exhausting day. Bring it on again next year!

Free Movies! ~ 114/365

Gotta love free movie night at the drive ins. The Lego Movie and Frozen were the features of the night. Yohn fell asleep during the Lego Movie and Elisha and I fell asleep during Frozen. But everyone else fared just fine.

Surprise Party ~ 52/365

A friend of ours celebrated her 50th birthday today. I think we did a great job surprising her!
